At Loyalty Key, I design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a multi-platform cashback service in collaboration with VISA, SAS Online Shopping, and other clients. Over the past 8 months, I’ve been leading the Product Design efforts for CashbackMedVisa - a public-facing platform - focusing on usability, consistency, and measurable business impact across web and mobile. I work closely with cross-functional teams, applying user research and scalable design systems to create high-impact solutions.
