Redesigned a data-heavy B2B platform focused on campaign analytics, performance insights, cashback operations, and merchant offer management within the Visa Cashback ecosystem.
The platform evolved into a scalable self-serve experience that enabled partners and merchants to create cashback campaigns, manage offers, track engagement and transaction performance, and submit content through internal approval and publishing workflows.
The work focused on simplifying complex operational flows, improving data visibility, and creating scalable UX patterns across analytics, campaign management, and partner tooling experiences.
